Privacy policy
OpenClaw at Kailab is a personal Google integration for the account owner's Hermes assistant.
Data use
With authorisation, it accesses the connected account's email address, Gmail messages and settings, and Google Sheets content. It uses this data only to carry out requested email and spreadsheet tasks, including authorised changes and sending messages.
AI processing
Relevant content and instructions may be sent to the AI service configured in Hermes to process a task. That service's privacy policy and retention settings apply. The integration does not sell Google data or use it for advertising.
Storage and control
Hermes does not retain task content or conversation history after processing. Authorisation credentials remain stored while the connection is enabled. Original messages and spreadsheets remain in Google.
The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections and remove locally stored credentials. Revocation does not delete data already held by Google or an AI provider; deletion is managed through those services.

These information pages have no sign-in, contact form, analytics scripts or application cookies. Cloudflare hosts them and may process technical request data for delivery and security under its privacy policy.
The integration is solely for its account owner's use and offers no public support service.
